genuinely my favourite place to eat, best hummus around and the chicken meshwi HITS every. single. time. god knows what they put in their red/pink/orangey sauce, buts it’s absolute heaven. i hope this place never goes anywhere

I visited Med Grill in St Albans recently and had a really good experience overall. The place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and feels like a solid local spot you can rely on for good food. The menu has a great selection, especially if you like Mediterranean-style dishes, and everything looked freshly prepared. I went for a grilled dish with sides and it was full of flavour, well cooked, and really filling without feeling heavy. The portions were generous and definitely good value for the price, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though it was fairly busy when I went in, service was still quick and organised. You can tell it’s a popular place with locals, which is usually a good sign. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted well seasoned and properly cooked. It’s the kind of place you’d happily go back to again, whether it’s for a quick takeaway or a more relaxed sit-down meal. Overall, a solid choice in St Albans if you’re looking for tasty food, good portions, and a casual, comfortable atmosphere.
